My counselling practice is all about exploring what’s keeping you from living life the way you want to.

Maybe you need some support to overcome feelings of overwhelm, anxiety or uncertainty, or for those times when you’re simply stuck in a repetitive cycle that you want to change.

I’m an integrative therapist working with a variety of approaches – so there’s lots of flexibility for us to try and make sense of your experiences and feelings, whatever they may be.
